iSnorkel.com is committed to your satisfaction. We want to make it easy to return your items so you can feel confident shopping with us.
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Need to know when your order will arrive: Please call us at 612-473-2649, or email at sales@isnorkel.com, and we will verify your item is in stock and help you choose the right shipping method.
  • Shipping restrictions Apply to selected products. For example, O'Neill products (wetsuits, rash guards, accessories, and apparel) may only be shipped to domestic USA addresses. If you live outside the United States, we encourage you to contact a local retailer for products available in your country or region.

Note: We will choose from all available methods to deliver your order to you within the time estimate based on your location. Please watch for UPS, USPS, or plain packaging and remember to look in your mailbox. If a delivery is not attempted by the carrier by the last day of the estimate window, all outbound shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Business Days: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal Holidays do not count in transit time.

Exceptions: For unusually heavy and/or large packages, shipping may not be available for the posted rates. In the rare case that this applies to your order, we will attempt to contact you with a revised shipping quote.

Note: Our shipping rates and prices do not include duties or customs fees that are charged by your home country. We encourage you to contact your country's customs office for information on what those costs will be as they are generally collected at the point of delivery. If we ship to your country, its name will appear in the Country menu during checkout. Select your country name, then select None from the State menu.

Return and Refunds Policy

iSnorkel.com is committed to your satisfaction. We want to make it easy to return your items so you can feel confident shopping with us.

We accept returns of new products in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

What about exchanges?

Simply place a new order for the item that you do want and return the item you don't wish to keep for a refund to your original method of payment. We'll ship the new order right away so it will be on its way to you while your return is headed back to us.

What about missing or defective items?

If there is a problem with the items in your shipment (whether you believe it is defective or damaged in shipping, if it looks like we made a mistake in the shipment, or there are items missing), please call us at 612-473-2649. You must contact us regarding damaged, defective, or incomplete shipments no later than 3 business days after delivery.

Whether it was our mistake, or a problem caused by our vendor or the shipping company, we will help find a resolution to the problem for you and assist with filing any appropriate damage or warranty claims with the delivery company or manufacturer. The manufacturer may opt to replace or repair your product, depending on the situation

What are conditions on returns?

Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, facemasks and underwear may only be returned in a completely unworn condition. The hygiene seal may not be removed from women's and girls' swimwear.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you decide to return, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us. For lightweight items, "First Class Package" or "Priority Mail" from the US Postal Service will probably be your lowest cost option. We suggest you ship by a trackable method with insurance.

How do I send items back?

Ship returns to the returns address provided on your packing slip or email confirmation.

Enclose the Packing List that came with your order, a copy of your order confirmation email, or a note that includes your order number, name, and phone number in case we need to contact you.
